Policies
Payment
Full payment is due before the first scheduled visit. Easy payment via Zelle or Venmo.
Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the first scheduled visit will incur a $20 cancellation fee. Once service has begun, unused visits are nonrefundable
Keys/Home Access
I’m happy to keep your key securely on file for future visits. If you prefer to have your key returned after service, a $12 key drop-off fee applies. A $12 pickup fee will apply if the key needs to be collected again for future service.
For safety, keys will never be left unattended or hidden outside your home. A lockbox, smart lock, or front-desk key is also welcome and avoids key pickup and drop-off fees.
Visits
Visits are scheduled within a general morning, afternoon, or evening window, with your cat’s routine in mind. Exact-time visits may be arranged when medically necessary. For your cats safety, a minimum of one visit every 24 hours is required.

A $10 per-visit surcharge applies on:
New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day (July 4)
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
Emergencies
In an emergency, I’ll make every effort to contact you first. If I’m unable to reach you, I’ll contact your designated emergency contact and, if needed, take your cat to your preferred veterinarian or animal hospital. Emergency care and transportation are billed at $38/hour, in addition to any veterinary or related expenses.
